Enjoy delicious Island Grille hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.  Program starts at 6:00 pm with presentation of TVBP donation check to Southeast Guide Dogs and Tampa Bay Watch. Also, presentation of the Person of the Year Award and Business of the Year Award.
