Tierra Verde Garage Sale and Gift Market

The sale will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 in the parking lot of Downtown Tierra Verde.  Hours of the sale will be 8 AM to 1PM, with set up beginning at 6:30 AM.  Once again, this event will be advertised in all the local beach newspapers as well as the classified section of the Tampa Bay Times.  Please note–this is a RAIN OR SHINE event!!  Last year was the first time in 15 years that we had rain, so I am sure that this year will be great–but I just have to inform you of the “rain or shine” policy.

The rates have remained at $25 per parking space (approximately 10′ X10′ in space).   Members of the Tierra Verde Women’s Club get the first space at the discounted rate of $10–so ladies, send in your yearly does so you will be listed as a 2014/2015 TVWC member!  Also, the local businesses of downtown Tierra Verde also get 1 space each at the discounted rate of $10.  This is our way to give a BIG THANKS to the downtown business owners for letting us use their parking lot on this day.  Just a reminder:  we provide only the space–you will need to provide your own tables, chairs, etc.

I have attached the downtown map.  Please send me your desired space number, and I will hold that space for 7 days.  I MUST receive your payment, or the space will be released after 7 days. I will send an email acknowledgement upon receiving your check.
