Please let us know if you would like to be an event sponsor or if you can donate an item to the raffle table. We will be needing volunteers to help throughout the day as well (see the appropriate tab above).

Event sponsors will be offered premium spaces at the event. Deadline for requesting a display space is Wednesday, November 21 (day before Thanksgiving), but spaces may be filled earlier.

Also, event sponsors whose sponsor form and payment are received by October 5, will be acknowledged in print on all marketing materials. Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors will be recognized using their logos and Silver and Bronze sponsors will be recognized by name.

If you wish to pay via credit card as a business expense please do so on this page. If you wish to pay by check as a charitable donation, please download and complete the Sponsor Form by clicking on the image at right. Please make checks payable to “Lealman Fire Department TV Community Events” and a tax deductible form can be provided upon request. Please email xmas@tierraverdebusinesspartnership.com and a commitee member will be happy to come and pick up your sponsorship form and payment.

We are looking for vendors with giftable arts and crafts! Vendor spaces are being sold for $25 plus a donation to the raffle basket table. Spaces are 10 x 10 parking spaces. All vendors are must supply their own tables and chairs. Space assignment will be sent out 5 days prior to the event.
